Client Relations Specialist

A Client Relations Specialist is the liaison between the customer and RJ Lee Group laboratory personnel. The position has components of customer service, inside sales, and interoffice organization related to sample intake and process flow. 

• We are in need of a warm, upbeat person with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task well. This person will need to be able to manage incoming calls, identify and assess the needs of customers to achieve satisfaction, and keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
• RJ Lee Group is seeking someone with a working knowledge of a customer relationship management (CRM) software platform; Salesforce preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is necessary
• A scientific background is preferred but not necessary
• Part of the job requirements include administrative tasks such as routing calls, sorting mail, receiving packages and samples and following sample receipt procedures as well as interacting with customers in person
• A valid driver's  is required as part of the job responsibilities included the internal transfer of project work between office buildings
