The Senior Consultant is responsible for leading projects and project teams within the designated service line, coordinating with other consultants and project teams across service lines and delivering best in class consulting services to clients.

  • Successfully deliver a multitude of cyber security and compliance related consulting services - SOC 1 / SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, to clients.
  • Manage the overall delivery of service line-specific Consulting services to clients.
  • Serve as the engagement lead for service line-specific Consulting engagements.
  • Perform final QA review of team deliverables prior to client submission.
  • Coordinate the service delivery of consulting engagements with the leaders of service lines and other team members
  • Provide thought leadership in the form of authoring whitepapers and blogs, leading speaking engagements and hosting webinars
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of firm methodologies and processes
  • Deliver a world-class experience for our clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information systems (MIS), Information Technology.
  • Other relevant degrees may be considered.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of successful industry experience with mid-market firm. “Big 4” or 3PAO experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of common compliance frameworks (SOC 1/SOC 2, HITRUST CSF, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, etc.)
  • Cloud security knowledge is preferred.
  • Currently possess or is pursuing CPA, CISA, CISSP or other relevant certification(s) (e.g., CISM, CCSK).
  • Ability to effectively lead junior staff and project teams
  • Ability to autonomously deliver according to client obligations
  • Ability to effectively manage client expectations and relationships
  • Deadline-oriented, with an exceptional degree of self-motivation and ownership
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Driven to succeed with an appetite to be challenged
