Event Staff

Description

The RIHI Event Staff position is one of our most important roles as you represent our company to the public. This is an exciting and fun opportunity as you’ll be responsible for introducing the trusted and respected RIHI brand to prospective customers at trade shows, community events, fairs, and festivals. By engaging them in friendly conversation and contest participation, you’ll be responsible for creating enough interest and curiosity that the attendees will want to learn more about our services and discuss their home improvement needs.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Promoting RIHI services during appearances at a variety of locations each week

• Maintaining a general working knowledge of our products and services

• Participation in ongoing training sessions as necessary to be successful

• Scheduling prospective customers for a no-cost consultation with a Product Specialist

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills

• Friendly, approachable demeanor

• General product knowledge and ability to answer simple questions

• Weekend availability is required

• Ability to be on your feet for several hours at a time

• Previous event experience is preferred but not required

Job Type:

Part-time Pay: $18.00-20.00 per hour
