Team Lead 2nd Shift

Working Team Lead needed for 2nd shift at RIE Coatings located in Dubuque, IA. This position is responsible for leading the 2nd shift team by ensuring all safety and quality policies are met first, followed by ensuring production needs are met. This includes functions such as operating equipment during breaks and absences, providing guidance on quality inspections, providing work direction, and maintaining communications with 1st shift.

Hours: 3:00 pm - 1:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Training on 1st shift during the first 4-8 weeks, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay: $20 - $25/hour, depending on experience, plus a $1.50/hour shift differential. Increase opportunities at 3, 6, and 12 months the first year, and annually after that. This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus based on the achievement of targets. The average payout is between $750-$1000 per quarter.

Requirements:

• Completion of High School or equivalent
• 1 year of previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to be on your feet for 10 hours a day walking and standing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
