A successful Construction Management firm located in Concord has an immediate opening and is seeking a Receptionist with clerical administrative skills.
This will be preferably a 40 hour a week position 8:AM to 5:PM, however, may also consider a Part time for an Ideal candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills.
You must be reliable, punctual, dependable and maintain a professional demeanor and possess excellent phone etiquette and skills. Must be able to prepare documents, letters, file, data entry, maintain project documents/records, and work in MS Office (Word, and Outlook) have Excellent Writing Skills and ability to proofread and edit. Communication and organizational Skills are a must. Additional Responsibilities include ordering supplies. Must be able to stock supplies by lifting boxes of paper and other supplies such as water.
