We are looking for an ambitious Client Support Specialist who will be responsible for global end user support. You will be working in a self-directed manner in planning, coordinating and project leadership. As the Client Support Specialist, you will configure and deploy desktop and mobile computers in a networked environment, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues and work alone or with a team to solve technical problems. In this role you will need extensive working knowledge of Windows operating systems, VMware Virtual Desktop Environments, Microsoft Office, engineering design packages and computer hardware troubleshooting, including Intel- based desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones, is required. You will also be required to prioritize, track and follow-up on task assignments. Some local travel will be required.
∙ A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Information Technology and two years' experience. Preference will be given to someone with a Bachelor Degree.
∙ Excellent work habits, organizational, analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to function well in a team-oriented environment.
