Job Description
- Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with client/patients.
- Route client/patient referrals to the appropriate department or individual(s) in the Company.
- Communicate client information necessary to schedule home medical equipment services.
- Determine correct resolution to client complaints; take corrective action, and monitor results.
- Prepare and secure Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMNs).
- Establish and maintain client records.
- Communicate with billing department to ensure proper billing to insurance companies, contracts, other third party payers and client/patients for all products and services delivered; maintain accurate billing records.
- Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
- Participate in the Company's Performance Management program as requested by the Performance Management Coordinator.
- Participate in Company committees when requested.
- Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by CSR Manager.
