We are seeking a Medical Billing Accounts Receivable Representative to join a growing team in Pflugerville. This role is responsible for medical billing and accounts receivable management including charge entry, payment posting, customer service and follow-up in accordance with client protocol with an emphasis on maximizing client satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Processing claims daily to be sent to Clearinghouse
• Post payments daily from both electronic and check payment sources to client systems
• Work Accounts Receivable accounts to ensure prompt payment from the payer
• Perform special projects as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Medical Billing required
• Experience using multiple EMR systems
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Medical Coding, Data Entry
• Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations and Medical Terminology
• Microsoft Office Suite a huge plus
• Payment posting experience
• Charge entry and customer service experience
