Data Entry Clerk

Home builder in the Rowlett area is looking for two Data Entry Clerks to start immediately for a temporary assignment.
Location: George Bush & Miller Rd.
Pay Rate: $13-15/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Requirements:
Extremely proficient at data entry
Team player – able to work with multiple personalities
Detail oriented, thorough – making sure documents match up (addresses, plan numbers & amounts, etc)
Lift & carry 50 pounds (moving around boxes of plans)
Breaking down documents/boxes received in, carrying boxes of documents to various areas (fold paperwork in half and assemble a rubber band around the folded paperwork)
Sorting through documents, matching up addresses, stapling together, logging in documents received & logging in documents sent out
Un-stapling multiple documents
Sorting documents to match up addresses and/or purchase orders
Review invoices and purchase orders for pricing accuracy, update pricing as needed
Proficient with computer & application usage
Additional duties as assigned
Professional atmosphere
Full time position Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
