Summary

My client, a US grown, cutting-edge CBD manufacturer and retailer, is seeking savvy, highly motivated inside sales professionals to sell their products to local retail businesses. The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, a relentless HUNTER, driven to win new businesses, and has a track record of exceeding monthly goals. They are looking for sales professionals to start in August 2019. One weeks paid training. Able to attend trade shows a few times per month.

Sales staff maximize Company sales potential, through the development of quality business relationships and promotion of new and existing products. This position is an inside sale position in a call center environment and requires a heavy amount of prospecting and lead-development with local businesses - B2B. The Company’s aggressive pricing strategy and attention to cutting edge quality is changing the CBD market from one of exclusion due to price point to one of inclusion for the benefit of all.

Job Description

Purpose and Objective:

  • Generating new leads by making cold calls, email solicitation, and social media outreach and maintaining an awareness of new potential prospects in the area
  • Understanding the clients’ CBD needs, and develop the ideal Company packages for them
  • Delivering customized sales presentations in person, or by phone/web-demos
  • Be a driving force in the success of the company’s goals by achieving your individual monthly sales quota
  • Be the face of the Company and ensure a superior customer experience

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven record of successfully exceeding goals
  • B2B sales
  • Passion to educate clients in their marketing options and close deals
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
