Job Description

Job Purpose

The Marketing Director is responsible for advertising and marketing to drive sales and build brand awareness for all business divisions.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for development, implementation, execution, and review of marketing plans for all divisions and measuring the return on investment.
  • Responsible for the development of all promotional materials to be included in trade publications, trade shows, brochures, advertising campaigns, social media, etc.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry meetings, and seminars.
  • Conduct market research and obtain customer feedback that provides insight into social, economic, and governmental trends which may affect future market opportunities.
  • Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective.
  • Identify, create, and drive our competitive edge in the market space through various advertising strategies and methods.
  • Maintain and produce accurate reports for management and regulatory agencies as needed.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.
  • Always do what’s in the best interest of the company in alignment with our Core Values.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field; or 5+ years business management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%
