Job Description
As a Customer Experience Assistant at one of our Contact Centers, you'll ensure we're putting people first. You'll handle a wide range of customer service interactions; whether you're talking to a customer on the phone, working with them online, or answering their questions via text message, your care and empathy will give them the personalized experience they deserve.


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and timely manner
  • Provide information about our ongoing products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions in our CRM
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Respond questions from any online candidate or possible client for the company

  • Previous experience in customer service or other related fields is ideal
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Comfortable inside of a CRM database
  • Willing to work long hours at a computer
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
