Job Description
As a Customer Experience Assistant at one of our Contact Centers, you'll ensure we're putting people first. You'll handle a wide range of customer service interactions; whether you're talking to a customer on the phone, working with them online, or answering their questions via text message, your care and empathy will give them the personalized experience they deserve.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and timely manner
- Provide information about our ongoing products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns professionally and courteously
- Document and update customer records based on interactions in our CRM
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Respond questions from any online candidate or possible client for the company
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields is ideal
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Comfortable inside of a CRM database
- Willing to work long hours at a computer
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
