Real Estate Buyer's Sales Agent

We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. $100,000 + (Commission Based)

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction

• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Follow up with leads via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate sales
• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
• Assist potential home buyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience

• Must be licensed in Virginia (Maryland and/or DC a plus)
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
