As their Audio Visual Event Technician, you will be responsible for the set up and operation of basic small-scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Therefore, your customer-service skills are essential to this role as you strive to exceed the expectations and needs of customers and maintain a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication. You will ensure a flawlessly executed event through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment. You will continuously meet with guests on site to ensure that their needs are meet and the equipment setup is working properly, monitor events and check in on customers throughout the day. You’ll be successful because you understand the hotel/client relationship.
About You
· High School Diploma required. Associate degree is preferred.
· Achieve a minimum of Technical Level 3 Certification per Encore Technical Skillset Matrix within 180 days
· 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
· 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in educational environment is preferred.
· A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
