We are currently hiring Field Disconnect and Collections Positions in Waterloo and the surrounding areas.

The RCH® service mark represents the services provided by one of the nation’s largest telecommunications partners and we are looking for talented people to join our growing team. Digital records of all work assigned will need to be accurately updated on your digital device while you are working.

Our goal is to retain customers and recover any delinquent monies owed within our allotted timeline. If payment cannot be recovered during the timeline, we attempt to recover any equipment that is owned by the Cable TV Provider. The Cable services must then be disconnected at the source. Qualified candidates must be able to carry and use a 28ft extension ladder. This position requires driving your own vehicle and working independently in the field, this is not an office or call center setting.

Candidates for this position must be willing and able to communicate with the Local Manager on a daily basis

Candidates should also be self-motivated, hardworking, possess a positive attitude, and be willing to work some evenings and weekends

Job Duties:

Drive your own vehicle directly from your home to job sites in response to disconnect work orders.

Must be able to self-manage and communicate with supervisors in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Own a Vehicle that can carry 28 ft extension ladder

Utility/Telecommunications experience preferred but not required.

Pre-employment Drug/Background Screen.

Valid Driver License and Insurance
