Job Description

Please note: This role is based in Byhalia!

We are an Agricultural equipment manufacturer now hiring for a full-time Parts Coordinator!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Receiving and processing parts orders via email or phone
  • Reordering parts from suppliers
  • Ensuring profit goals are being reached on part sales
  • Inventory audits
  • Proper packaging and shipment of parts

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient with general computer operation, Outlook, Word, and Adobe.
  • Great communication skills and reliable transportation is required.

Benefits

Eligible for company benefits after 60 days, which include: health (full premium for employee paid by employer), dental, vision. 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year, paid holidays.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm. Compensation based on experience.

RBR Enterprise is an industry leader OEM of self-propelled agricultural fertilizer and chemical applicators. Located in Northern Mississippi, just south of Memphis Tennessee, RBR began manufacturing applicators in early 2006 with just 4 employees. Machines were built one at a time in a single bay garage, taking nearly 4 weeks to complete. In the first year only 15 units were built and distributed throughout the Mid-South. Fast forward nearly 12 years, RBR has seen yearly increases in upwards of 50% as our products are regarded as some of the best in the industry, against some globally known OEM’s. With production nearing 175 units annually, RBR has rapidly grown to meet market demand with capabilities of producing units daily. We have established our brand throughout North America and Australia, with new development beginning in South America.
With this amazing growth, even in some of the most trying times in the AG industry, we continue to maintain our core values of manufacturing the best product possible. Our focus is building the next machine better than the last, and offering unmatched support to our distributor network. Even though we have a globally recognized brand, will still operate like a family owned business. This has allowed us to react quicker to the marketplace whereas our counterparts take years to make decision and implement change. With minimal red-tape and layers of management we emphasize on learning from our customer base to assist in developing a product that will exceed the expectations in the ever changing AG industry.
