RAS LaVrar is a multi-state creditor rights law firm, specializing in the area of debt collection. Our firm represents banks and other large institutional lenders. Professionalism, organization, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential to success. We need energetic and empathetic telephone professionals to join our team!
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and ready to handle consumer interactions. Consumer interactions typically consist of negotiating repayment plans, answering questions, and arranging for payments. We are seeking a candidate that has experience with, or is eager to learn about, the legal and collection processes. We provide a robust training program to prepare call center representatives to immediately handle calls and provide a professional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will also have strong working knowledge of computer applications, great customer service skills, and be reliable, trustworthy, and eager to be a part of a growing organization.
