Job Description

We are looking for someone who can sell and maintain relationships with Real Estate professionals across the US. You will be responsible for bringing on a certain amount of new clients per month while maintaining your current book of business.

Compensation:

$30,000 - $40,000 base + Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
  • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
  • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads

  • The responsibility of the Business Development Specialist position is to achieve sales quotas within targeted territories and market centers
  • The position of the BDS requires the ability to set up qualified Live Transfers or appointments that result in quality presentations between the Sales Director and Agent
  • Successful execution of strategies such as: Building rapport through mirror and matching, building value, consistent documentation and follow up, closing, asking for referrals, and helping duplicate company sales processes are all requisites of the role to assist in helping the Sales Director and division achieve its financial targets

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience in a goal-driven environment (1-5 years)
  • Strong mental attitude
  • The desire and will to compete and win
  • Exceptional verbal communications and presentation skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to embrace change with the ability to think quick on your feet
  • Professional approach to daily tasks and the ability to carry oneself like an executive
