Well-established and growing Glass Company in North Denver seeks to add a Residential Service Manager to our Team. This position includes a wide variety of tasks including scheduling for daily Job routes, managing glazing teams, coordinating orders with production, Job site management including customer interaction, quality assurance, and safety protocol implementation along with other duties and requirements associated.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous managerial experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Glass industry knowledge
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to understand and write accurate work orders from Customer Purchase orders
