Customer Service Representative
We are Currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a strong desire to grow with the team in a fast paced marketing company. We are eager to work with fast paced, driven individuals who are personable and responsible and can take charge especially since they will be using their communication skills to consult with executive management personnel.
Working as a Customer Service Representative, your roles would be to provide external business interface for customers and external sales force. As a Representative, you would provide a range of support including pricing information, lead time inquires, and proactive management of sales. Establishing effective relationships with managers and customers.
Creating a Standard of Customer Service
Answering Customer Queries and Questions
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries
Confer with clients through email or text
Handle any client grievance
Have good communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to Problem Solve
Experience is not essential, training will be provided
