CRM Manager (Remote)

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our rapidly growing Global Go-To-Market team. This role will work directly with the Project Management Lead to develop a CRM that supports an accelerated customer growth plan. Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Work with Sales and Marketing globally to design and optimize our CRM (Hubspot)
• Lead cross-company CRM training and adoption
• Improve GTM workflows by replacing manual processes with automations with CRM automations
• Identify new opportunities for automation/improvement through digital infrastructure
• Verify the integrity of the data entered and identify areas that may require additional controls or data scrubbing. 
• Manage the flow of data to and from the CRM and other company databases to ensure that it is accurate and timely

Qualifications

For this role, you must have:

• Expert in CRM management (Hubspot) and ERP integrations (Netsuite)
• Ability to consult with stakeholders to translate business needs into data visualization (Power BI)
• Experience working with external integrators, developers, and agencies
• Excellence in Project Management to lead complex cross-departmental BI initiatives including scoping, prioritizing, implementation, training, and continuous optimization
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar
