Serves customers by determining request, answering questions, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other Duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
- Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
- Determines request by working with customer
- Answers questions by clarifying desired information; by researching and locating information
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
- Resolves problems
- Helps customer by explaining company policy and procedures
- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities and benefits to customers
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Typically work in office setting in sedentary position.
