Quick Fix Real Estate is a growing real estate company that is expanding in the Richmond market. A real estate license is not required for this role.
You must have prior success selling in the home or in a face to face sales environment. Your ability to create trust and comfort is only surpassed by your listening skills that are required to ask the right questions. You expect to close in one call because that is what is necessary to help your clients. Your closing skills are a natural extension of the conversation because you created value and follow a milestone centric sales process. You must have strong listening skills, be able to ask tough questions respectfully and must be a problem-solver with prior success at overcoming objections in a short sell cycle. You have charisma when applying pressure with big decisions and make it easy for customers to work with you. You must be a highly motivated achiever, with a passionate desire to earn more than your current income.
Experience in timeshare rentals, real estate, medical sales or door to door is helpful but not required. You must have desire and commitment, and be both accountable and trainable with a tremendous desire to earn over $110k. You must have a prior income of at least $70k in a variable comp plan.
This role will spend time in paid training time and travel at our branch offices in Charlotte and in Roanoke.
Responsibilities and Duties:
+ Attend pre-set appointments with interested homeowners
+ Negotiate offers to purchase real estate
+ Overcome objections and close deals
+ Complete advance research on properties and be knowledgeable about property valuations
Qualifications and Skills:
+ Prior face to face sales experience
+ Must love sales
+ Must work well under pressure with a strong desire to grow
+ Must be self-motivated, accountable and driven to succeed

+ Base Salary $36,000 Annually
+ Commissions $40,000 - $90,000+ Annually
