Roll Off Driver

Quick Disposal, Inc. is a family owned and operated dumpster company out of Wakefield, MA. We have served the Northshore, Middlesex County and Essex County areas for over 25 years. We’re looking for an experienced Roll Off CDL driver to join our crew. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong attention to detail, excellent listening and communication skills, the ability to talk professionally with customers at job sites, and show the ability to problem solve in difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned equipment including, but not limited to, checking tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges and controls, etc.

• Deliver and pick up dumpsters from job sites as assigned and dispose of materials at transfer stations

• Completes daily documentation of all jobs, weight slips and payments received

• Notifies Route Manager of any incidents, accidents, injures, or property damage immediately

• Courteous interaction with our customers and perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Maintains clean vehicle

• Assists in various projects down the yard as they come up

Preferred Qualifications:

• Roll-off experience a plus

• Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement a plus

• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment and pivot priorities when necessary

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
