Questar Properties, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant with experience utilizing Yardi Voyager or similar real estate software. The Staff Accountant will be involved in a broad variety of accounting functions including G/L, A/P, A/R. The Staff Accountant will also be involved in financial analysis, and weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for internal and external audiences. The candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. The candidate should have a solid understanding of GAAP and strong problem solving skills. Competitive pay and benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. CPA preferred.
2+ years experience with Yardi Voyager or similar real estate software
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
