We are currently looking for a Program Manager focused on our Microsoft Platform Management solutions. This position can be based remotely from any major US city.

Our program managers are transformational technical leaders who guide our customers through enterprise scale technology changes. A program manager plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of matrixed individuals working on the projects within the assigned program. They are responsible for managing related projects in a coordinated way to realize maximum benefit to Quest’s customers.
-Manages executive relationships, key stakeholders, and program staff to ensure delivery of program outcomes and realization of business value
-Drives program decisions and activities our customers’ strategic direction and business objectives; serves as a change agent leveraging industry experience that a customer may not have
-Works with the Platform Management Architects and Project Managers to translate customer requirements into a cohesive implementation and execution plan to successfully accomplish the customer’s desired objectives and represent the effort to all stakeholders
-Serves as communications interface between customer and Quest delivery team
-Provides feedback to Platform Management leadership for performance reviews and continual improvement; provides mentorship to less senior project managers
-Ensures that constituent project managers adhere to the standard project management methodology throughout the project lifecycle and maintains a standard Microsoft Project Plan for each program
-Provides regular reporting to the customer executives, Quest executives, and program team stakeholders
-Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc) to complete the program objectives on time, within scope, and on budget
-Proven record of successfully managing complex projects or programs leveraging matrixed and remote staff.
-Requires proven experience facilitating organization change to expedite transformational technology adoption
-Very strong stakeholder management across several divisions/organizations
-Must be able to travel up to 50% in the US
-Experience leading directory migrations, messaging platform migrations, or IT Security initiatives
-Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Etc.)
-BS in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar, or 12+ years relevant experience
-Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Visio
-Strong verbal and non-verbal communications skills
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure
-Experience using Quest Platform Management products in an enterprise environment
-Additional Industry certifications (ITIL, MCSE, MCITP, CISSP, etc.)
