We are looking for a Clinical Lab Scientist at Queen of the Valley! Location: Napa, CA Schedule: Part-time - 64 biweekly hours Shift: 8-hour Days FUNCTION: Under minimal supervision, performs laboratory analyses ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the performance of the daily workload. SKILLS REQUIRED: Interpersonal skills Organization and prioritization skills Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate and precise work Analytical skills Ability to multi-task Strong verbal communication skillsJOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Degree in biological sciences Experience: One (1) year of experience in a clinical laboratory, any setting OR completion of internship program at Queen of the Valley Medical Center Training: None License / Certification: Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License OR Temporary California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License; valid for up to one year, until next scheduled California examination.PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Three (3) years experience in a clinical laboratory in an acute care setting For 50 years, Queen of the Valley Medical Center has been the premiere medical facility in the Napa Valley.
