Quattlebaum, Grooms & Tull PLLC is seeking to hire an experienced legal assistant/paralegal for the Transaction Department. Candidates must have a minimum of an Associate degree, but a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates must have received training in a paralegal studies program or an equivalent training in a computer related field of study. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal is required to be considered. All candidates should have experience drafting correspondence, timekeeping, scheduling client meetings, and maintaining electronic calendars for attorneys. All candidates must be able to proficiently use all basic computer programs including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Professional. All candidates must have verifiable experience successfully working with multiple attorneys in a fast paced and document intensive environment. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with commercial transactions from assembling due diligence and drafting contracts to completing transcripts after closing, as well as assisting with probate and estate matters. Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, parking, and generous paid time off allowance (PTO) and paid holidays.

Hours: 8:30 – 5:00 M-F; one hour for lunch
