We are seeking a Secretary / Call Center to join our team! You will be responsible for helping the owners, adjuster and sales associates by providing service information, getting customers phone calls and admin work.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Call center
- Admin work (send documents and checks to banks_tracking and follow up return)

- Previous experience in secretarial and customer services
- Ability to build rapport with clients
