QuantiTech is currently seeking an Aviation Program Analyst to support our customer at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
+ Standardizing aircraft (UH-60, AH-64, CH-47) utilization data to provide accurate maintenance man-hours and assignment of work unit codes to logbook entries.
+ Reviewing aircraft data sets from ULLLS-A, Aircraft Notebook (ACN) to standardize Work Unit Codes (WUCs) to the appropriate chargeability.
+ Participate/Provide input to in Progress Reviews (IPR) for Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives.
+ Conduct special project tasks, maintenance programs and other special programs or projects involving U.S. Army and multi-service aircraft, associated power plants, components and subassembly items.
+ Serve as liaison between customer and internal management ensuring that work within area of responsibility is complete, meets customer requirements, and is of high quality.
+ Report status of assignments accurately and timely including key issues, delays in timelines, and timely escalation to key stakeholders and sponsors
+ Must currently possess an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with active investigation
+ Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited college in an Engineering discipline or Applied Mathematics or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
+ Minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
+ Thorough understanding of ARMY Aviation Maintenance Practices and Processes
+ Familiarity with aircraft technical publications (IETM, ASAM/SOF, TB, DMWR)
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office
+ Familiarity with Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDR)
+ Highly desired experience working as or with aviation maintenance personnel and processes.
+ Knowledge of aircraft propulsion systems design, development and analysis. Knowledge and experience working with databases to extract data for analysis.
+ Working knowledge of Army Database software applications such as ULLS-A, RIMFIRE, FMAS, ASAP, MCDS, JDRS, PDREP, TAMMS-A.
+ Understanding of data science, analytics and visualization software desired. (Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, Minitab, etc.)
+ Understanding of Six Sigma DMAIC approach (Green belt certification highly desired)
+ Performed duties as a Maintenance Test Pilot, Technical Inspector, Maintenance phase team leader.
+ Experience with policies and practices of Reliability Centered Maintenance
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Ability to effectively communicate through both oral and written communication between multiple stakeholders both government and contractor.
+ Proven record in training technical procedures and methods.
