Description
We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Account Manager to join our team. This individual should have a solid understanding of the sales and account management processes along with prior work experience in the manufacturing sector. They should also possess superior customer service capabilities and a history of successful customer relationships. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and constructing advantageous partnerships with customers.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters
• Communicate all exchanges, suggestions, and directions from customer to company and vice versa to improve internal operations and responsiveness to the customer
• Obtain forecast information and facilitate the planning of operations.
• Manage one or more customer accounts.
• Champion the customer internally.
• Identify new business opportunities with the customer by offering solutions and services that would strengthen relations and improve sales.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years of proven work experience as a manager/account manager
• Sales experience a plus
