Sr Maintenance Mechanic

We are currently in search of a Jr. Maintenance Mechanic for a corrugator and converting manufacturing plant to perform all necessary maintenance work.​ Responsible for all needed administrative and organizational tasks to ensure the proper maintenance of the machines. ​

Training on 1st shift- 6am start- NIGHT shift after training 3pm-1am.

Pay Rate: $20

Essential Job Functions for Jr. Maintenance Mechanic

• Performance PM maintenance:​

– Responsible for safe and healthy work environment.​

– Take ownership of machine condition and performance.​

– Responsible for all administrative tasks with PM’s.

• Take an active role in continues improvements on the machine production output:

- Actively improve efficiency of preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Safely and efficiently troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment in compliance with all plant codes, policies and procedures.

- Repair and maintain, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as motors, pneumatic/hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production lines and equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments

- Respond to all maintenance issues, both mechanical and electrical throughout the plant.

Corrugated machinery is a plus (but not required).
