Job Summary: The Client Services Specialist participates in the customer processing cycle and the daily operations of the office ensuring company goals are met as set by Executive Management. This position requires attention to detail as well as the ability to successfully drive company growth through exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in medical billing preferred.
- Care equally about the client and personal achievement.
- Present a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of office administrative procedures.
- Proficient in relevant software applications.
The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions:
Daily Office Operations: Including, but not limited to participating in the Customer Processing Cycle to ensure all cases are closed expediently and effectively. Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate organization information through staff meetings and/or one-on-one meetings. Prepares weekly reports for management to track strategic goals and accomplishments. Manage facility inventory levels for office supplies and equipment.
Patient Processing: Including, but not limited to patient intake, document processing, and compliance, order fulfillment, distribution, scheduling, billing, and patient process tracking and reporting.
Administrative: Including, but not limited to drafting quotes, product research, drafting reports, attending conferences, lead generation, and sales/marketing support.
- Assist in coordinating special activities, including conferences, workshops, and other functions.
- Remain informed and educated about industry regulations and standards.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal requirements such as ACHC, HIPAA, OSHA, etc.
- Other duties as needed.
