We are currently looking for a Service Operation Coordinator to join us in our Corporate Office in Fuquay Varina:

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Submit and reconcile allied vendor warranty claims
•    Manage Mass Channel processes
•    Represent QE as the point of contact for Home Depot Buy Online equipment
•    Manage shortages and damages related to complete goods shipments
•    Manage and organize utility vehicle MCO’s 
•    Process SVAP service agreements (non-JDQuote sold)
•    Coordinates Standard Job Code creation and maintenance
•    Manage Service Advisor Remote connections
•    Work with Division Aftermarket Managers and Service Managers on projects as needed
•    Always conducts self so as to be an ambassador of the dealership
•    Other Duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
•    2+ years experience in Service Department operations  
•    Basic knowledge of accounting principles
•    Extensive knowledge of Service Operations management principles
•    Understanding of financial management as it relates to Service
•    Ability to advise others when needed to accomplish goals
•    Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and internet functions
•    Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
