Maintenance and Landscape Coordinator

Quality Dining is seeking a Maintenance/Landscape Coordinator for our restaurants located in Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. The successful candidate will work closely with our Project Managers to ensure that all maintenance and landscape activities are completed in a timely manner and will independently complete both landscape and maintenance tasks as directed. Will also assist with on-site duties as needed for new construction projects.

Position responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

• Some experience within the construction trades
• Landscaping experience. Knowledge of landscape design is a plus
• Above average mechanical aptitude. Functional knowledge of electrical work and gas appliance maintenance a plus
• Repair experience with restaurant equipment a plus
• Valid driver's license
