Description: Two experienced California Affordable Housing administrators needed to head up new regional program offering free energy improvements to low-income affordable housing complexes. Positions involve NO Sales. All improvements and services are provided at no cost for low-income affordable housing complexes, paid for by the local utilities, including new furnaces, boilers, lighting, solar and battery back-up systems, appliance replacements and more. New hires will supervise explanation of program and enrollment of affordable complexes in greater San Francisco and Greater Los Angeles metroplexes. Leads to Project Manager overseeing work installation as well. Candidates should have several years' experience working as an administrator for one or more affordable housing association(s) and working with affordable housing complexes.

Work Details: Salaried, full-time, year-round, Monday-Friday, week-end availability; work from one location, serving affordable housing complexes in neighboring counties; two (2) new hires needed; immediate hiring or time allowed to provide reasonable notice to current employer.
