Qualified Staffing is searching for a full-time, temp-to-perm Customer Service Representative position for a local bank in Conyers, Ga!

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:15am-5pm, will rotate Fridays until 6pm.

Payrate: $15-$18, depending on experience

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open, maintain and close accounts (IRA, CD, Savings, DDA, etc.)
• IRA reporting and maintenance
• Red Flag/ID theft management
• Process funds transfers and stop payments
• ATM/debit card maintenance and dispute resolution
• In-Take for Wire Transfers
• Answers telephones
• Assist customers with routine account related questions
• Handle inquiries about deposit products and service charges
• Prepare internal audit records
• Maintain Safety Deposit Box report and provide access as needed
• Serve as backup Teller

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND CREDIT CHECK.
• Minimum requirement – High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum requirement – at least 2-3 years banking experience as Teller or Customer Service
• In-depth knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC rules, and anti-money laundering.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail, able to perform effectively under pressure of customers' demands.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, supervisors, and vendors.
• The ACAMS Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification desired but not required.
