    What you will be doing:

  • Receptionist  and Client Service Work
  • Assist Insurance Advisor in managing the office to exceed client expectations, including:
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
  • Be one of the first points of contact for prospects and clients
  • Distribute insurance policies via mail or email to insured individuals
  • Maintain office supplies and out-going correspondence
  • Assist clients with issues and account inquiries
  • Build and improve client relationships
  • Database management
  • Set appointments with prospects and clients, and assist Advisor with calendar management

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of Administrative Office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Insurance Industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management system to enter and manage data
  • Desire to obtain long-term employment
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
