Main Objectives:

The Supervisor position will manage a team of Customer Service/Sales agents. It is the responsibility of the Supervisor to plan, coordinate and direct the agents designed to promote outstanding customer service and sales performance.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include:

  • Provides coaching and development to members of their team
  • Responsible for Attendance, Metrics that Matter, Payroll
  • Attends and participates in various meetings with engagement center and corporate staff in person or by conference calls
  • Collaborates with site leadership in implementing enhancements to processes and procedures
  • Monitors adherence and drives schedule adherence
  • Interacts with and receives information from Account Managers concerning client requirements
  • Generates reports that provide a snapshot of the organization’s performance and makes recommendations for improvement as well as creates action plans to meet goals
  • Makes recommendations on ways to improve the customer experience
  • Maintains an open line of communication with HR and works with them to resolve employee complaints/issues
  • Participates in meetings with clients and/or prospective clients

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a management level role in a contact center environment
  • Evening and weekend work to meet business needs
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, and/ or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Supervisory experience with cellular phone accounts
  • Supervisory experience with sales accounts
