Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following world wide contracts administration and adherence activities:
+ Manage & process HW (CSAs) & SW agreements (post execution)
+ Ensure alignment between agreements and transactional records
+ Create Billings: Software License Fees, Optional S/W, additional fees, etc.
+ New Customer Activations/De-activations
+ Link products to customers as defined in customers agreements, enabling ordering
+ Management of controlled products, will require hours outside normal working hours to support service global Customer Service groups
+ Customer Account Setups, changes and updates for all regional Customer Service teams
+ Compliance Activities: Support External and Internal SOX audit requirements, requires collaboration with various departments such as Finance, Tax, Legal, and Customer Service
+ Maintain regular interactions with several groups, including but not limited to, Legal, Contracts, Customer Service, Sales and Regional Offices around the globe.

Minimum Qualifications
+ 3+ years experience in Customer Service or Contracts Administration in the semiconductor industry
+ Transactional experience in contracts, customer master creation or Oracle
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ Computer proficiency on PC, and all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint
+ Ability to effectively and quickly adapt to new systems and processes as they are implemented and rolled out
+ Ability to assimilate information from various systems and sources to summary the situation and/or complete the task (s)
+ Strong multitasking abilities, while remaining calm under pressure
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written form
+ Ability to effectively analyze situations, identify problems and solutions to the situation
Education Requirements
Required: Bachelor's, Business Administration or equivalent experience
