Sales/Account Manager - Business Development

Quadrant, Incorporated is a leading provider of strategic Healthcare & Technology staffing services in the Washington, DC & Baltimore, MD markets. Quadrant is seeking results-driven, social media savvy, strategic thinking sales professionals for our Reston, VA location. Our sales team is composed of energetic, aggressive professionals who are responsible for proactively identifying new clients, while servicing and managing an existing base of customers.

This is a dynamic, fast pace sales opportunity supporting two of the nation's fastest growth sectors, Healthcare & Technology

MUST:
Experienced sales professional
2-4 years of professional experience
Proven sales track record
Strong cold calling and business development experience
Wide exposure to social media tools
Ability to meet and exceed quotas
Excellent computer skills
Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
BA/BS degree highly desirable


DUTIES:
Participate in new business development
Maintain and grow existing customer base
Manage multiple phone and email campaign strategies
Cultivate relationships and referrals with relevant hiring decision makers
Negotiate service agreements, fees, terms and offers with customers
Engage in weekly customer meetings
Utilize social and professional networks
Develop and create out of the box best practices as they pertain to new business development
