QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at the San Bernardino, CA Health Center for Kohl’s.

Both Fulltime & Part-Time opportunities available! Shifts/Schedule is flexible based on candidate availability. Must be within clinic hours: Monday – Friday 7:am to 7:00pm. No weekends or holidays!

Fulltime position eligible for $15,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Part-Time position eligible for $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree level graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university. 
• At least three years primary care practice experience required
• Experience with pediatric patients
• Worker’s compensation experience preferred but not required
• Phlebotomy experience, may be required at times
• Bilingual a bonus!

Position Highlights:
