Position Overview

As the National Intelligence Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our intelligence-focused projects. You will be responsible for leading business development efforts, establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, and managing a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the successful execution of our engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the company's presence within the national intelligence community.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including contract acquisitions, task orders, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and bids that align with the specific needs of intelligence agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key intelligence clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Foster long-term relationships with government agencies, leveraging trust and understanding to identify potential areas of collaboration and growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data science and intelligence professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development and growth.
  • Establish clear performance goals and objectives for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovative thinking.
  • Oversee the successful execution of intelligence projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with technical leads and subject matter experts to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends within the national intelligence domain, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent related experience
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the federal contracting space, specifically in the intelligence domain.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Top Secret security clearance is preferred.
