What you would do: You will be trained and made responsible for a block of clients insurance needs. Once they are assigned to you, they are your babies. This would mean answering general service questions, dealing with payments, creating ID cards and processing policy changes, offering and quoting new policies, presenting and collecting signatures and payments and following up on quote request.

Primary Responsibilities Assist in customer service related calls and emails Process insurance applications and changes Provide expertise for current clients through customer support Assist in customer billing and retention Assist with general office duties Participate in educational opportunities to obtain professional designations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Need to have great computer skills Excellent Communications skills Able to critically think to solve problems and analyze data Must be detail orientated Prior insurance experience preferred, but not necessary

 You need to be smart, a fast thinker with great people skills. Able to solve problems and create solutions that are out of the box. Most of all, you have to enjoy working in an office environment. Training is provided.
