Job Description

QRY is looking for an Account Manager to join our remote team. The Account Manager manages a portfolio of clients and acts as a strategic thought-leader, develops long-term strategic plans, and drives client success.

The ideal candidate has experience leading and managing marketing campaigns for retail and e-commerce brands, with experience collaborating with cross-discipline teams. You should be independent, ambitious, driven, intellectually curious, and have a good sense of humor.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager reports to the Account Director and will be directly responsible for a portfolio of clients

  • Lead client communications, act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Develop long-term client marketing strategies and roadmaps based on marketing principles, consumer behavior, and the client’s objectives
  • Work across internal cross-discipline teams to drive success for our client accounts.
  • Communicate and present marketing strategies, opportunities, and success
  • Manage client projects and documentation, such as project timelines and tasks
  • Oversee and prioritize tasks, ensuring team members receive full briefing on accounts; present account status meetings
  • Supervise quality assurance for work presented to clients, holding to standards of the highest quality
  • Retain clients and foster a healthy working relationship with client representatives
  • Be a thought leader, find innovative solutions, and drive success.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of account management with e-commerce or retail clients; agency experience is a plus
  • Minimum of 2-year client-facing experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Self-starter with an ability to work independently with little supervision within a team environment
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Must have a clean, quiet work environment suitable for video conferencing and a sense of good “digital etiquette.”
