This Customer Service Representative should be a dependable quick learner with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence and high professional standards.


Schedule of the (2nd Shift) Customer Service Representative:

Shift hours Full Time: Willing to work Monday - Friday from 11:15 am to 8:15 pm.

****Some possible weekend hours*****

Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

● Respond to inquiries over the phone and in person from clients or customers concerning products and services while maintaining a high standard of quality and professional customer service

● Administer existent promotional materials based on client specific instructions to customers via phone or in person

● Provide clear explanation of client specific processes/compliance to customers

● Follow up with clients and customers to ensure that questions/issues are resolved in a timely manner

● Act as a proactive member of the team by following up each application as required according to quality assurance system

● Continuously monitor customer provided feedback and internal systems to ensure that service is provided with in specified time

● Accurately process and resolve any disputes in timely manner

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

● Technology related competency in Google Docs, emails, internet, VOIP etc.

● Excellent customer service skills, the ability to focus on the needs of the customer, and the ability to build customer relationships

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff

● Excellent active listening skills

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision along with the ability to multitask

● Must be willing to accept responsibility for decisions and situations

● Must work cooperatively with others and treat fellow employees with respect
