Job Description
Join us at QC Kinetix, the fastest-growing regenerative medicine practice in the country! We are looking for a Medical Sales Manager. Competitive base pay and performance-based commission structure will be offered commensurate with experience. Position will be full-time with two (2) to four (4) days per week in clinics, combined with other business development and sales efforts, including visiting other practices to generate leads.

The Medical Sales Manager closes the plan of care that is ordered by the medical team for the patient, so the ideal team member must be:

  • Highly motivated, self-starting, and competitive; this is a performance-based position.
  • Be capable of understanding physiology for each treatment offered, as to be able to explain each treatment in detail prescribed by the medical provider and in accordance with corporate guidelines. We can and do train for this.
  • Experienced in transactional sales and good at closing the deal.
  • Experience in concierge medicine a big plus.
  • Great people and communication skills.
  • Driven to exceed goals.

Salary: $base + uncapped commission

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct consults with patients seeking an alternative to surgery
  • Do no harm. Uphold the highest standards of concierge and regenerative medicine and always adhere to the QC Kinetix mission statement.
  • Focus on patient service in person and on the phone prior to, during, and after each treatment.
  • Answer questions or objections new patients may have regarding finances, timing, or treatment.
  • Review approved payment options with the new patients and write up payment plans for new patients to sign, expressing understanding of cost and terms of payment for treatment plan.
  • Manages CRM process and system, including assistance with payment plan options
  • Daily travel to clinics around the Greater Boston area
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements:

  • High school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years in transactional sales required; medical sales are highly preferred.
  • Experience in regenerative or concierge medicine, pain management, or orthopedics is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with diverse communities.
  • Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations, legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and third-party financing options is preferred, but not required.

  • Medical sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: Multiple Locations in the greater Boston area.
