Qualifications:
Qualifications :Education Minimum Requirement:•BA/BS in a scientific, IT or related field of study. •Willing to look at resumes with Associate degree if only they have required number of relevant experience. Required Experience and Skills: •Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific, IT or related field of study with 3 plus years of pharmaceutical related experience, OR •Master’s degree or higher in a Scientific, IT or related field of study with 2 plus years of pharmaceutical related experience. Preferred Experience and Skills:•Understanding of scientific terminology and clinical trial execution.• Familiar with laboratory instrumentation and various tracking systems.• Familiar with IT systems including different Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). •Experience with Laboratory System Validation, including ALCOA principals. Nice to haves: Ability to communicate and form relationships with teams/cross functional teams - Be able to liase with vendors, lab teams, scientists, discussions, communications ability. Must haves: 2-3 Years lab based experience. Needs someone with experience. Jumping off pong scientific terminology, clinical trial execution, tracking systems, past experience with LIMS, understanding clinical trial experience, ALCOA - Data integrity - GxP experience. Lab system validation. Assay measure of performance of - lab operations experience in the past - Discovery lab setting - GXP - Really has an idea - 3 years, be familiar. *Hybrid role: 2days/week, In beginning you would need to be present for more days onsite for training purposes. Client Research Laboratories is a scientific research facility and will take Client’s leading discovery capabilities and world-class small molecule and biologics R&D expertise to create breakthrough science that radically changes the way we approach serious diseases. We are currently seeking a contractor to play a contributing role in our Operations & Logistics team in Client’s Translational Medicine Biomarker group in Genetics and Biomarker Sciences. You will be part of a group that provides operational support for processes and infrastructure of the clinical biomarker group and the interactions with cross-functional groups supporting Client clinical studies. This role will encompass all aspects of supporting an industry leading clinical laboratory, from sample management to instrument management using IT platforms to allow for “Laboratory Management” and reporting that will help drive biomarker and program development strategy. In this exciting role, you will: •Maintain accurate and comprehensive instrument performance, specimen inventory, and processes and workflows that support the biomarker strategy in Client clinical trials. •Support teams through reporting of information using various query and database integration tools.• Understand and support the integration of disparate data sources. •Manage quality control, process, and associated documentation required to support information management activities, specifically related to complete laboratory management• Monitor processes and identify opportunities for improvement. •Maintain effective communications and relationships with project teams, vendors and other cross-functional Client teams
