Desktop Support / Field Technician

Required Skills:

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• This position involves hands-on work diagnosing and fixing problems focusing on the mechanical repair of equipment.
• Customer service, willingness to learn and listen
• Nice to haves include A+, Networking skills, all experience with computer and network hardware is a plus.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
