Duration: 3 months
varied shifts between Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm (40 hours a week)
2 years high volume call center experience
At least 1 year collections experience.
Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures.
Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience.
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
